Baxter is a single-family ground up development built in Echo Park, Los Angeles. Its innovative design maximized the potential of the 6709 Sq. Ft. lot. The home’s two structures provide a unique indoor/outdoor experience, creating an oasis in the center of the property, perfectly in proportion to the size of the lot. An everyday sanctuary, or an intimate entertainment space, this home, an award-winning architectural design by Graham Ferrier, is a Hollywood Hills dream.
The Orange development project entailed a major renovation and addition to an existing single family home in an upscale residential area of Hollywood. By adding a 2nd floor, a separate studio, and a pool, we completely reimagined the site and home. This project represented our 3rd collaboration with William Dale Brantley, principal of aArts Architecture.
Mountain View has become a somewhat iconic project in Mar Vista and was the first single family home to sell for more than $3,000,000 (in 2012) there. While not technically a ground-up project (we left one wall standing from the original structure), this beautifully designed family home (our 2nd collaboration with William Dale Brantley of aArts Architecture) sold the weekend it was listed. Bill designed a sleek, modern home with incredible warmth and we had the pleasure to build it and realize that vision.
