Sebastian has over 25 years experience as a real estate builder and developer, completing over $175M in transactions across multi-family, mixed-use, and luxury residential asset classes. He loves to build things, to see them come out of the ground, and to obsess over the details until they’re right.
Sebastian has completed the Malibu Triathlon 7 times over 20 years, but has never broken 3 hours. Could this be the year? He lives in Long Beach, CA with his family and a small fraction of his former comic book collection.
Tristam Steinberg
Principal
Tristam Steinberg has 25 years of experience working at the forefront of Visual Marketing and Experiential & Spatial Design.
From Residential Interiors to Experiential Activations; for Proenza Schouler in New York, Paris, and London; Saint Laurent at Coachella; Maison Margiela in Los Angeles; and Mercedes-Benz in Shanghai; to Hospitality and Entertainment interiors for Live Nation in Williamsburg, Las Vegas, Philadelphia and Nashville. Tristam’s passion for architecture, art history and design has provided unique opportunities for brands to surprise and delight the Customer, and customers to explore and discover new experiences.
Tristam was born and raised in New York City. He takes much of his inspiration from the city’s rich architectural and cultural history, but loves to travel, seeking an ever broader perspective on the world of design and human interaction. He received a degree in Psychology from Cornell University, specializing in Visual Perception, and studied at UC Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design. Tristam currently splits time between Los Angeles and New York.

Trevita Langi
Construction Manager
A native of Tonga with over 25 years of construction experience across nearly all classes of real estate, Tevita brings tremendous leadership and an interdisciplinary mastery of construction means and methodology. He runs all aspects of on-site construction, managing sub-contractor 3rd-party relationships, Gantt charts (schedules), and quality control.
Tevita is a US Army veteran and a former NFL Football player. He is a grandfather, has the heart of a champion, the soul of a poet, and the strength of ten men.
Angie Davis
Project Manager
Angie Davis runs all off-site aspects of our projects, from contracts to material delivery, from sub-contractor relationships to BuilderTrend (CM) software interface. A highly organized personality, she strives to maintain order in the highly disordered world of construction with the help of our team and our 6th team member, BuilderTrend (see below).
Angie lives with her family in Playa Vista and wishes I had chosen a different image for this bio.

David Northrup
Site Supervisor
David brings over 10 years of construction experience with a specialty in concrete. He runs day-to-day processes on-site. His primary responsibility is to ensure client happiness. This involves daily communication with clients, subcontractors, and our Construction and Project Managers, and a daily team review of project progress to help keep our projects on schedule and on budget.
He lives with his family in Los Angeles and is currently earning a degree in Construction Management.
